The ARC is a Game Changer.
We knew ARC was going to be something special. That’s why we brought together top engineers and the most experienced youth soccer experts to create a one-of-a-kind, fun environment where players can develop their skills—and actually see their progress as they improve.
Things we knew before building the ARC:
“Players want training to be engaging and productive.”
SOLUTION: 10Y x 10Y ENCLOSED SPACE WITH AUTOMATED BALL DELIVERY
ARC is a game-changer. The 900 square foot enclosed “cage” has been designed to match real game conditions, where soccer balls are automatically fed in, keeping kids moving, engaged, and learning nonstop. No ball chasing, no wasted time—just focused, high-energy training.
Research shows it takes around 20,000 reps for a skill to become automatic. In the ARC, that’s achievable. Players get hundreds of touches every session, thousands a week—enough to turn technique into instinct in just a couple of months.
Let’s face it: many players don’t spend hours kicking a ball against the garage or playing pickup at the park. And, it’s not as fun or productive to train alone. ARC brings back that repetition—with structure, excitement, and real results.
“Players like to be truly challenged.”
SOLUTION: MIX UP SIMPLE TECHNICAL DELIVERY.
ARC is like having a personal soccer training assistant —one that delivers perfectly placed passes over and over again, so they can focus on improving their skills without chasing balls or standing in lines.
Whether your child is just starting out or already competing at a high level, ARC adapts to their needs. It can send balls at different speeds, heights, and spins to match real game situations—helping them build confidence with every touch. From soft passes to challenging drives, ARC gives players the exact type of repetition they need to improve.
And we’re not talking about a few touches here and there. In ARC, your child gets hundreds of quality touches in every session—thousands over time. That kind of focused repetition helps turn practice into instinct.
If your child loves soccer and wants to get better, ARC makes it easier, more effective, and way more fun.
“Players need to know if they are getting better or not.”
SOLUTION: PLAYER PERFORMANCE SCREENS.
At ARC, we believe parents should be able to see real, measurable progress—not just guess if their child is improving. That’s why we built performance screens that provide real-time data during training sessions.
ARC tracks how often your child successfully plays the ball into target gates, how consistent they are with their touches, and how quickly they make decisions—measuring the time it takes to receive and pass the ball to the right spot.
Instead of vague feedback like “they’re getting better,” you’ll hear specifics: “They’re hitting 80% of their targets, with 75% consistency, and their speed of play has improved by 50%.” It’s clear, motivating, and empowering—for both players and parents.
We’ve moved beyond the guesswork of traditional training. With ARC, you get real numbers, real improvement, and real results.
“Players want to have fun.”
SOLUTION: LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY WITH YOUTHFUL ENERGY.
Today’s players are digital natives, and ARC taps into that with a high-tech training system featuring lighted gates and automated ball delivery to keep skills sharp and players fully engaged—no sitting on the bench here.
Beyond technical reps, ARC offers fun, physical games like 4-Square, Tic-Tac-Toe, Park-It, and Purple Cowboy that challenge players’ speed, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure.
What’s next? ARC is building a competitive network where players from different clubs, states, and countries can go head-to-head online. This not only boosts motivation but also helps develop some of the most technically skilled players on the planet.
Families want TRAINING TO BE more AFFORDABLE.”
SOLUTION: AUTOMATE SIMPLE TECHNICAL SKILL DELIVERY.
Top-quality technical training doesn’t have to break the bank. Most players don’t need expensive personal trainers to develop the fundamental skills every soccer player must master. With ARC’s automated technology, players can have consistent, high-level training efficiently and affordably.
ARC sessions typically run between $15 and $25 an hour, with even better rates when purchased in packages. Many clubs choose to invest in their own ARC systems, training staff to operate them and managing costs by adding just a small fee per player annually—often less than $25 a month.
For about the price of a single session, a club can own an ARC system dedicated exclusively to their players, providing ongoing, quality training.
ARC makes technical development scalable, cost-effective, and engaging—helping coaches get the most out of every training session.
GAMIFYING SOCCER TRAINING
Modern soccer training must strike a balance between being rewarding and enjoyable—this is simply the reality of today's game.
Unlike previous generations, fewer than 2% of American-born soccer players now venture to parks for pickup games or casual ball skills practice. Instead, 95% of US youth players approach soccer with intense structure, meticulously planning their training weeks and months while seeking additional sessions beyond their regular team practices.
The Training PERCENTAGE GAME:
This structured approach creates a significant challenge in how teams allocate their training time. The typical 90-minute club session dedicates over 70% of its time to tactical execution—pattern play, small-sided games, and player movement drills.
The concerning result? More than half of any youth team's players lack the technical foundation to execute these tactical expectations. At best, only 50% of players possess the technical skills necessary to deliver what coaches are asking of them tactically.
The Coach's Dilemma:
Many coaches today face a difficult choice. Asking players to complete hundreds of technical touches each session can become monotonous and "boring." Worse, coaches who lack expertise in detailed technical instruction risk having players repeatedly practice skills incorrectly, actually accelerating the decline in technical development rather than improving it.
Despite these challenges, there's universal agreement that developing high-level technical players requires consistent, repetitive technical skill training. Players need a minimum of 600 touches per session (averaging three sessions weekly) to make meaningful progress.
The Solution: Gamified Technical Training:
The fundamental problem remains: asking players to complete 600+ touches can be tedious. This challenge led to the creation of the ARC system—an automated technical training approach that develops highly skilled players almost without them realizing it.
By gamifying the training experience through performance tracking screens that measure results, players experience genuine enjoyment during skill development. The system provides individual challenges tailored to each player's skill level, while also creating collaborative exercises where groups work together to execute skills and achieve shared goals.
ARC has developed engaging games like 4-Square, Tic-Tac-Toe, Park-It, and Purple Cowboy that challenge players to achieve their best times while mastering increasingly difficult skills. Every element is designed to continuously develop the high-level technical abilities that today's players need to succeed.
Our Mission
Our mission remains: make soccer training unique, fun, affordable and valuable where players can become the best players they can be. UNIQUE = Technology; FUN = Gamification; AFFORDABLE = Automation; VALUABLE = Real results
“The level of confidence my daughter has developed from her time in the ARC is absolutely amazing. Her soccer skills have increased to a point that she no longer fears making a bad pass or taking a poor touch. She loves getting in there getting better and having fun.”
“Our daughter grew her technical skills more than we ever thought possible in such a short amount of time. And, best part was, she was excited to get to every ARC session she had. Now, she’s feeling like she’s making real contributions to her team and for her teammates.”
“My work at the ARC has helped me build and maintain the kind of technical skills a player needs to play D1 soccer. The ARC’s strength and fitness programs along with the hundreds and thousands of touches I got per week helped me reach D1 where I was fortunate to find success in my very first year.”
“When we first saw the ARC system, we knew it would become a staple for our clubs development. We can now incorporate ARC development into every players plan and every teams process for development. It will change how our players improve for decades ahead.”
“Training players at the ARC is the most satisfying experiences I’ve had as a coach. Seeing players improve in front of your eyes and gain amazing confidence repetition after repetition is absolutely amazing. It is by far, the most gratifying ‘jobs’ I’ve eve had as a coach.”
“Our team trained at the ARC on and off last year. Our players loved it and our parents valued it. This year, every player and family asked that we include ARC as part of our regular training. ”
