ARC PROGRAMS

Repetition Is The Mother of Learning.

  • Nothin' But Reps (u9-u13)

At this stage, success comes from mastering the basics through repetition. Hundreds—even thousands—of quality reps focused on passing, receiving, and footskills lay the foundation.

There’s no need for complexity. Consistency and accuracy are the keys to long-term development.

And one more thing…. it has to be fun! If it’s not fun, soccer gets too heavy, too early. This is all about development.

  • Nothin' But Reps (u14+)

Reps still matter—but faster, more complex reps build more confident, consistent players.

With a tap on an iPad, ARC Automation increases ball speed, spin, and elevation to challenge players’ precision and control. Lighted gates with variable timing force quicker, wider scanning. Performance screens track accuracy, speed, and consistency in real time.

And the best part? ARC makes it all incredibly fun.

  • MAtch+Fit

Players (14+) wear heart monitors to track intensity levels as they rotate through 5-minute stations: technical work in the ARC, shooting and recovery on the floor, and strength training in the TORQUE™ gym.

They learn to manage effort—from low (blue) to max output (red)—building skill, stamina, and reducing injury risk.

The session includes 30 minutes of rotations, followed by 30 minutes of focused individual work in the ARC, gym, or on the floor.

  • Goal Keepers

ARC’s advanced automation delivers high-rep training to help goalkeepers sharpen and perfect their shot-stopping skills. Sessions progress from foundational techniques to advanced scenarios, using both ARC’s automated system and the finishing floor with regulation goals.

In addition to saves and containment, keepers also train fast, accurate distribution. As with all skill development—it’s about reps. The more quality touches, the deeper the growth.

  • TEAM TRAINING

ARC is ready to train teams and groups, whether you want a single session or up to 24 sessions! Players are organized into groups of 3-5 and rotate every 8-12 minutes through 3-5 different stations.

Each team training includes an ARC “cage” station, ARC Floor station, and a soccer tennis station. Depending on group size, additional stations may include Strength and Fitness, Footskills, and the Virtual Room. Players will get hundreds of touches at every station and can track their progress from session to session.

  • PARENT-COACH

This program is perfect for parent volunteer coaches seeking more knowledge and feet-on time with the ball to better train their players.

ARC trainers support coaches by enhancing their ability to demonstrate key technical skills, focusing on the fundamental passing and receiving techniques we train daily.

Trainers will also introduce essential finishing skills that coaches can pass on to their players. No worries—ARC is here to help any volunteer coach master the basics, confidently demonstrate them, and effectively help players improve.
